Viki Huang is an investor at Prosperity7, a $5B global growth fund backed by Aramco, where she focuses on investments in AI, semiconductors, and enterprise software companies from Series A to pre-IPO. Prior to joining Prosperity7, she worked in business development at Tetramem, an analog in-memory computing chip company, and was previously an investor at Atlantic Bridge, specializing in deep tech. She began her career at Credit Suisse and holds a Master’s in Quantitative Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Columbia University.
What is a value, principle, or philosophy that has meaningfully shaped your journey? How does it continue to influence how you invest, lead, or approach challenges?
One principle that has meaningfully shaped my journey is intellectual curiosity paired with long-term conviction. Earlier in my career, I sometimes focused too heavily on short-term value and overlooked broader opportunities. That experience taught me the importance of asking not just what impact a decision will have in the next month, but what it could mean five years from now. This perspective now shapes how I invest—prioritizing enduring innovation over near-term momentum—and how I build partnerships and relationships, where long-term trust and collaboration create the most meaningful outcomes.
Is there a technology, idea, or movement that most people overlook (or dismiss) which you believe will define the next era of innovation? What draws you to this perspective?
While today’s AI discourse centers on infrastructure, models, and workplace productivity, I believe its most transformative potential lies in elevating human life itself. As AI increasingly automates routine tasks, the next era of innovation will be defined by general AI agents that enhance daily living—optimizing personal routines, decision-making, and overall quality of life— unlocking compounding value at both the individual and societal level.
In parallel, AI-driven advances in genomics, early disease detection, and longevity research hold the potential to extend healthy lifespans and redefine the economics of healthcare. Taken together, these frontiers represent one of the most compelling directions for AI: enabling longer, healthier, and more meaningful lives. This will not just be a technological shift, but a structural transition in how value will be created and captured in the next era of innovation.
